Know about Salah

Salat (The five daily prayers) :

Salat is the ritual prayer performed five times a day: Fajr (dawn), Dhuhr (midday), Asr (afternoon), Maghrib (sunset) and Isha (night). Muslims face the Kaaba in Mecca, go through a set sequence of standing, bowing, prostrating and sitting, reciting verses from the Qur’an and praising Allah. It’s meant to keep the believer’s connection with God alive throughout the day, remind them of purpose, and foster discipline and mindfulness.
